What is the application process?

What is the interview process like?
Our interview process typically includes an initial screening, a technical or role specific assessment, and a final conversation with the team to ensure a great fit on both sides.
Do I need a background in cloud telephony to apply?
Not necessarily. While experience helps for certain roles, we value transferable skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. If you’re excited about our mission, we want to hear from you.
I saw a position earlier, but it’s no longer listed. Can I still apply?
We regularly update our job listings to reflect current openings. If a position is no longer visible, it means we've either filled the role or are no longer accepting applications at this time. But don’t worry, we’re always posting new opportunities, so be sure to check back soon!
Do you conduct a background screening process for shortlisted candidates?
Yes, Nautilus includes a background screening process as part of our hiring procedure for shortlisted candidates. Candidates will be required to submit relevant documents to complete this process such as: Government issued IDs, educational qualifications, previous employment history, criminal record checks
How long do you take to make a decision after an interview?
We aim to get back to candidates within 1–2 weeks after the final interview. Sometimes it may take a bit longer depending on the role or the number of applicants, but we’ll always keep you updated on your status throughout the process.
