We’ve catered to medium to large-scale enterprises in different industries, namely retail, healthcare, and even government offices like SMRT and NTUC.

And though we’ve been around since 2006, we still operate with the tenacity of a startup. We’re a small team, but we’ve been providing VOIP telephony solutions to clients based in Singapore, Malaysia, and–quite recently– Australia. And we’re still growing!

Nautilus abides by the principles of the Kaizen Project.
Licensed with IMDA Singapore as a registered cloud telecommunications provider.
We hold the ISO 27001 Standard Certification, the international standard for internet security best practices.
We are also certified with the Data Protection Essentials, a key initiative for SMBs in Singapore that promotes cybersecurity and safe handling of data.
We are currently waiting for our 270017 and 270018 Data Protection Trust Mark as endorsed by the IMDA.

Moved into the company office at Shaw Tower, SG
2018
Nautilus Cloud CC developed. Started utilization of AWS servers.
2019
Zendesk partnership started.
2020
The Pandemic boom. Nautilus Talk becomes available on the Zendesk Marketplace. Moved headquarters to Oxley Bizhub 2.
2021
ISO 27001 Certification Granted.
2022
Google partnership established. First Google Singapore event. Expansion to Malaysia and Australia. Kaizen certification granted.
2023
Nautilus Connect (smartphone app) launched. Gold Sponsors at Zendesk showcase. First Google Malaysia event. AI and chatbot developed. Nautilus Talk became available in the Zendesk Marketplace. DPE Endorsed by IMDA.
